Top notch trail that is beautiful and well maintained, but you should know there are some steep stairs and hill sections. This trail goes along the cliffside for incredible views of the ocean, interesting geography, and most importantly whales! Near the end you get a fantastic view of Trinity and the surrounding coves. The hike will take you about 2-3 hours to walk depending on how often you stop to check out the scenery. It's a popular trail, so expect to encounter a lot of people looking to catch the same views as you. Enjoy!

Fabulous walk along the Trinity, NL coast with lots of ocean view points and sea stacks. You'll need good footwear and water. It's not a walk for someone with bad knees. It's a 5.3km loop, so no need for a car in two places. Allow 2+ hours if you like to take pictures.

Best trail I have ever walked. Beautiful views. Not for anyone with mobility issues however. There are some steep areas to climb. Only one small area had a handrail. Steep drop offs so caution if you have children with you.

Great trail. . A little over 5 km. Beautiful scenery. Not difficult at all - can take kids on it with you! Good bonus: there's a bathroom on the trail! Head up to the staircase (before beach) to get a 360 view of trinity bay!

Great little hike with beathtaking views. We stopped in to break up a drive and were pleasantly surprised by this one. Spotted tons of whales off the coast. Its rated moderate to hard, but I would say its more on the moderate side. I did it in jeans and was a little warm but fine. It could be made easier if you do the first half to the point and then circle back. You'll skip the steeper climb though also miss the view of Trinity. It takes about an hour to do, depending how often you stop to take photos.
