Really friendly staff and overall great experience! The escape room we did was challenging, but so much fun! I really enjoyed the fact that some of the rooms have a local theme. A really great place to have a fun night with friends or have a fun date night-I will definitely be back again!

This escape room was one of my favorites. I've done quite a few here and there and this one was perfectly balanced. Some are too easy or you can tell they didn't put in the effort. This one was more physical, it didn't rely on computers and iPads and stuff to get them the whole way through. It was creative. You really had to think outside the box. Even better they rated their difficulties for each room so depending on if you've done some to if your new to the idea, you have a lot of options. I highly recommend it! 👍

This has to be one of the best escape room places I've been to, and I've been to quite a few all the way from BC to Nova Scotia. The two I went to were very interactive, and it felt like I was actually escaping, rather than simply solving puzzles. The rooms for larger numbers also have multiple starting points, so everyone has something to do. I would highly recommend trying more than one room from Captured!

I thought going into this place that it was a bit expensive for something that I was going to blast through in just a few minutes. I was wrong. Pay attention to the hardness star rating because they are not joking when they say one will be difficult! We chose the Citadel hill room and were presently surprised by how detailed the puzzles actually were. There is a good amount of story, and the ability to ask for clues if you are lost. I would reccomend this place to anyone who wants a challenging escape experience!
