Was hoping for a more hands on immersive experience, however the centre is clean, and beautiful, the displays and narratives are educational. The staff at the time of our visit were friendly. I was expecting more local handcrafted items in the gift shop however, I did buy a few items that featured indigenous art work, one of which the proceeds help support the inquiry of missing indigenous women and girls. All in all worth visiting.

Excellent museum with super-smart docents, anxious to tell the story of these First Nations people's thousands of years of history in the Maritimes. Very nice audio-visual presentation, great exhibits and super-cool Museum shop with native crafts at affordable prices. It's just off the highway and well worth a visit.

Orientation by members of community was very informative and well done. Gift shop had great hand work. I was impressed with the black ash baskets and the porcupine quill work. Fair prices.

A must-see stop. The interpretive center includes a comprehensive history of the Miqmaw via a short movie, several well-designed exhibits, some community-curated exhibits, and a gift shop with gorgeous art pieces.

Great staff! They gave my learning group a nice presentation and scavenger hunt. The staff are helpful and have tonnes of info; do yourself a favor and make Millbrook Cultural Center a stop on your trip.
