Sheplers has a fleet of ferries that take you from the mainland of Michigan to Mackinac Island. Ferries run at regular intervals for a fair price. Depending on which fairy you take and at what time you may be crowded person to person or you may have a little bit more room to breathe. The ferries which I rode or very nice, nicer than expected. We all we got to ride a ferry which went underneath the Mackinac Bridge or a beautiful view before arriving at the island. It was also very convenient to purchase a carriage ride around the island while purchasing my tickets.

I loved coming here as a young man exploring this great country of ours. Now I am a proud father and I love sharing this with my beautiful family. I just enjoy the way the island slows life back down. Biking. Hiking shopping is all done so much less stressful. Just not worrying about the cars was great.

It’s been a long time but it was as much fun as I remember. Great weekend and great weather. Thanks for doing a good job on the island. I must say I’m disappointed in the Starbucks. Message to Starbucks on the island. Get the F off the island.

They strive to serve and succeed. Which can't be easy. Because even on days when the rest of Island seems slow, Downtown is hectic. Their staff is carefully selected and well trained. If they don't know something, it's likely about things that they have not been asked about. There's still some mysteries on the wonderful island. I have had many occasions to appreciate them.
