Dont miss an opportunity to take one of Joel's tours. He is a phenomenal storyteller. But the amazing thing is that his stories are about history and he makes history fun and exciting. My group has taken many tours with guides, docents, and the usual people who offer this kind of tour and by and far Joel is the best, hands down.

What can I say, Joel rocked our corporate group tour! We had over 40 property and casualty insurance people from all across the state in Buffalo last week, and Joel put together a custom tour for us that was beyond anything we could have planned. He met our tour as we got off the bus in character - and his Irish Grain Scooper character Sean was amazing! One woman afterwords commented how lucky we were to get an actual irish person to do the tour! I didn't have the heart to correct her. Joel held everyone's attention for the entire tour, which was hilarious, informative, and lively. We have done a free group activity for our annual conference every year for the past 15 years, and I was told constantly how this was the best activity so far. It was certainly our highest attended. So thank you Joel aka Sean for your funny, educational and engaging tour! We had a blast.

Joel gave a tour at the Lafayette Hotel and did a stellar job. This was for a work function and he made it educational, fun, and certainly kept everyone entertained. I would highly recommend him as a tour guide!

We recently rented a school bus for a family reunion trip to Niagara Falls and Joel was our step-on guide. We were a group of 29 with ages ranging from 5 mos. to 81. Joel made an instant connection with all of the children and held the attention of the adults as well. He demonstrated his depth of knowledge of the region while telling stories and keeping everyone entertained. Many of our history buffs could not stump him with numerous questions about the region. His leadership as our guide made the day extremely special. I would recommend his services to anyone!
