It's a nice beach that has a little bit of everything. Plenty of sand and a service centre in the middle provide everything from food to beer, and it even has a shop where you can buy beach supplies. We went camping for two days and it was a wonderful family experience. The camping sites are excellent and there is a convenience store nearby. So you can camp comfortably. The beach is in a lake, the other shore is far, so there's no current and the beach feel is achieved. The water is not deep (about your thighs is as deep as it gets when you get to the floats). Plus, the beach is guarded by lifeguards. There is a section for families with kids and another section for the young, with a volleyball net and water games (like a floating inflatable castle). If you walk a bit further from the family area past the singles area you will find the nudist beach, which is mainly for old folks (definitely not for sightseeing). Oka Beach is highly recommended if you want the beach experience in a lake.

Very good prices, good variety, I seldom go there. You can find stuff that you cannot find in some other places. Good quality stuff! I would go there every time in the future for all their products as they are very good. Every time I go there I take the recommended special of the day, which is good all the time, winter and summer, especially the morning in the week-ends when the parking is available.

It's a nice beach. Good one if you like sunbathing but not very if you up to swimming cz water is not deep at all. You need to pay for entrance for every person plus for a car too. This year it was around 28 CAD for 2 & a car. There are water activities for additional price around 15CAD for person. A lot of lifeguards devided by zones who are there till 6pm. After that time you could still stay there but I had a bad experience when I decided to go for a walk along the beach I was followed by a weird erected man without pants. Had to run away from there.🤦‍♀️

A sandy beach with clean water in the vicinity of Montreal. Easy access and parking, good service center and good layout and facilities. A beautiful getaway day for the kids out of the city. The water is shallow and it gets deeper gradually, very convenient for small kids and plenty of room and playground fot them to play. You will take a lot of pictures there so prepare your camera.

Oasis just outside of Montreal. Nice sand beach with picnic tables under the shade of trees. Nice little cafeteria and bar. Only complaint is that the water is too shallow too far out.
