This is a must stop at both the beginning and end of every White Mountains vacation!! I always stop there with my kids at the start of our trip for the bathrooms, weather and suggestions about local events.. There are also cool and educational displays they enjoy!! We stop again before returning home for the nice gift shop, and often for a walk in the woods out back before getting into the car.. It's a great "base" for visitors!!!

Great tourist info center! Quite big. Lots of info. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. And campground vacancy/availability listings are posted outside on a lighted update board!

Very helpful staff. I love the 3D mountain map! Clean bathrooms. Room to park trailers with easy exit loop. There is a dog walk area and waste bags. You can also send a free postcard - they even pay postage!

I enjoyed the interactive exhibits. There was an abundance of valuable information for travellers and a gift shop with reasonable prices. Attractive building and nicely done historical exhibits.

Nice place to get maps and a lay out of the various roads and activities. Better to plan ahead and yet a good place to park if all the campgrounds are full
