A very cool place to visit to see colonist homes from the 1800 and eat 1900's. It is designed to look like a village much like the L'Acadien Historique, however it is closed up for the time being. You are welcome to still walk around the site and take photos but all the homes and buildings are locked up. It looks like it needs some restoration work, but I still quite enjoyed walking about there, it has an old feel to it, and it is very quiet. I peeped in the windows and saw some neat old architecture and items from the past. Worth a walk through.

It was closed in the summer of 2018, but you can still explore the exteriors of the buildings and walk to the lighthouse. Signs say they are reorganizing their society and expecting to secure funding to open for the 2019 season. It would be great to see inside, and to look at the family geneology records.
