Excellent place to learn about the history and development of Montreal. Exhibits in the permanent exhibit area on the first floor were very well done. Everything is bi-lingual. Second floor was an exhibition of Expo '67 and was very interesting as well. Although a little small, the cost is very low, particularly for over-55 and children. The facility is handicap accessible. Nearby on the Place d' Youville is the Montreal Founder's Monument/Obelisk and plaques noting the signing of the "Great Peace" with 30+ native American tribes that finally made Montreal save for settlement.

Very cute museum! High quality and small-medium sized. I would absolutely recommend. Lots of great breakfast and lunch places nearby as well to make a date of it.

Very interesting, not too expensive. The museum is not very big but they here is a lot of thing to see, right now there is even a VR experience of a minirail in the expo67, really fun for family

Not a very big museum, but quite cool, mainly focused on the world exhibition
