Very nice, clean, and convenient. The welcome center part is only open 9am to 5pm bir the vending machines and restrooms are open 24/7. They have a family restroom option to make it more convenient for those with small children. Everything is well lit and feels more on the safe side as opposed to some other rest areas along my route to Pittsburgh. It's pretty much a must stop when we're in the area.

What kind and informative employees work here. One woman took slot of time to give me information about West Virginia and even a map of the state I didn’t think the map would be that important but after being in the state for eight days without Internet I realized how important having the map was. Because of the information that I received at the visitor center I was able to decide where I wanted to go for the 8 days I spent doing primitive camping in the beautiful Monongahela National Forest.

There was not much of a resting place. It is an interesting to place to stop by and get a picture for road travels and get some information. The bathroom is decent. It is pretty small for large groups.

Clean well maintained common areas. Pet friendly. Helpful, informative and friendly staff.

Highly exceeded my expectations for any rest stop I've ever been to. It was a beautiful location, the grounds were kept up, and the bathrooms were clean.
