We we're fortunate enough to travel through town while the museum was holding a festival. The displays inside and outside were fantastic! It was $12 for adults, free for children 12 and under. I don't know if these prices are the regular ones.

Showcasing the history of the Prairies, most especially in Southeastern Saskatchewan. Very good curation of artifacts and historical items. The museum reflects a very good chronological and historical highlights. They also have a very good array of old machineries depticting how early living in Saskatchewan was, as well as journeys of early migrants in the province. A very good way to predict the future is in understanding the past and the Yorkton museum has just captured that.
