Fake!!! Be carefull! The tuc tuc driver will say that your hotel area is closed e.g. due to celebrations or anything like this (he will even took you to some 'barriers' with ''Police" signs to show you his truth) and then he will drive you to the office - never pay him and never buy anything there (they would say e.g..that can upgrade your train tickets (because the one you have are fake/for locals only/ etc. For 120 euro per person 😂😂😂 that kind of ''activity" should be banned. Trying to make a fool of you because you are white and they looks at you like at the walking ATM..

Zero star! Never ever go there. They will do scam on you. I did not know there exist many unofficial offices like this one. I wanted to buy a sim card with Indian number. I got one, but very expensive and it did not work. (Then a bought a new one in original Vodafone store and works very well). Don't trust anybody in this area. Try to find out information just by yourself and don't ask for advices!!
