Firstly: your online ordering does not work. Secondly: the prices on your website are incorrect. I ordered a pizza, chicken fingers and a sub. The price on your website was almost $20 cheaper than calling. Just the pizza alone was $4 more. And I have to pay to deliver it on top of that. Thirdly: $6 for delivery? Look into market pricing with your competitors. That’s simply ridiculous considering I live less than 2km away. Lastly: when you call in to order because your website doesn’t work, your staff should be price matching your publicized prices. Being honest and transparent with your customers goes a long way to building loyalty. You’ve lost a customer for simply being dishonest. I see the owner regularly responds asking people to call in to resolve issues. I tried to do that. The issue was not resolved.

I placed an order for a pizza, It looked great and arrived about 1 hour after i placed the order, kind of a long wait, i live a 5 minute drive from the store but maybe they were really busy. I asked for my pizza to be well done but the pizza was Very soft and doughy like it was under cooked to the point I could not accept it.Well done means you cook the pizza a bit longer!!! I know the owner likes to make fun of people for posting reviews he does not like, so in advance.... any rude comment you would like to say about me just keep your negativity to your self. I am posting an honest review, That's all.

**** edit **** I am very impressed that this pizza place reached out after my review (see below).I will be contacting the owner about what happened. Wings were awesome. Delivery driver was grumpy. Pizza may have been great but it was super burnt. Like black holes burnt. I called to ask for another pizza because you couldn’t eat it and first they told me I asked for crispy pizza?! What the hell is crispy pizza? Then told me their pizza comes crispy but they would give us a credit? I asked for another pizza and they told me we would have to wait an hour because they have other pizzas to deliver.

Best pizza joint in the city for taste/quality/freshness. (N'ata Cosa doesn't count since you can't roll in there and get a slice, they don't deliver etc so they don't go in the "pizza joint" category). If you are eating out in this town regularly you should be aware of both!
