By far the slowest, least expierenced, worst place to buy your glasses. They cannot get your prescription right...after 3 tries I had to give up. They have no idea on what they are doing because they hire people with no experience what so ever....the Dollarama of optical stores.

Purchased glasses from them but they didn’t have my exact prescription in stock so the store said they would call within the week when ready. After two weeks, we called to follow up and we were told they would be ready within the hour. When we went to pick them up, the glasses didn’t seem right but the salesperson insisted it was made correctly and suggested we wear it for a week to adjust to the new perscription. Went to Pearle Vision to get a second opinion on the glasses. Salesperson there confirmed that there was no anti-reflective coating applied and told us how you could tell. Went back to Lenscrafters to complain to the manager. The manager blamed us for the mistake and said it was because we “rushed” them. When we said we wanted a refund because we were so unhappy with the product and service, the manager then started accusing us of insurance fraud. I would never shop at Lenscrafters again and would never recommend it to anyone.

extremely slow and i have to wait 50mins to get my new eyeglasses adjust. this is the only store that i don’t like, except to the guy who was helping me choosing my glasses unfortunately he was not working when i came back.

I wish I could give less than one star. The manager (Mojeeb) was absolutely terrible I had a manufacturers defect and I went to get it replaced, but I was refused. I asked for the manager, but he was incredibly rude! He even accused me of being rude! He just kept repeating himself and saying he could not do anything about it. He has no idea of what he is doing. I do like lenscrafters but this place is not the place to go. The manager is an utter disgrace to the company and the company should seek a replacement. If lenscrafters were to see this please get this man removed. This is not the first time something like this has occurred it has happened to other customers. Please anyone reading this DO NOT GO TO HERE.

I would highly NOT recommend this place to anyone, I simply wanted to return my glasses before the 30 day mark and I was denied, even though on my receipt it does say that I can return my glasses before the 30 days. The manager named Mojeeb was a complete moran and extremely rude and very unprofessional. I definitely would take my business somewhere else...
