Both my wife and I have been going to Alderwood Optical for years and years. I can't tell you how many glasses and eye exams we have had there. The service is always been great, I have full confidence in the eye exams and they have a pretty good selection with some cool glasses. I usually get my regular glasses as well as prescription sunglasses there. They have always been really good and knowledgeable about insurance and tell you exactly what's out of pocket. And I've always had a friendly and skilled staff. For all of these reasons and for consistent great service, I recommend Alderwood Optical at my highest rating.

came in as a walk-in and even though they were pretty busy they managed to squeeze me in, very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I am coming from Costco most recently after leaving a place that seemed to only care about getting more patients and more money where you had to wait up to an hour even when you had an appointment. Glad I happened upon this place where they actually care and are friendly, and I will be a returning customer here in the future!

I didn't have an eye care specialist any longer after moving to Lynnwood from Florida last year. It was important to me to find a specialist that was located close to home, took my insurance, and have a warm and friendly atmosphere. Alderwood Optical fit the bill perfectly, and I actually enjoyed my appointment this morning. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, and Dr. Davidson was very pleasant during the exam. All in all, I'm very pleased to have found my new home for eye care and exams. Highly recommend!

I made my appointment two weeks in advance. In those two weeks, I got 3 text messages, 4 emails, and a voicemail. And each one asking me to confirm the appointment. That is beyond overkill. The appointment felt like I was being processed through factory line. I had less than 10 minutes with the doctor. And as soon as I said I wasn’t going to be buying my glasses that day, they were done with me. If you don’t want a personal touch, just want to get your appointment done and go, this is your place. If you like more, find another place.
