I had a bad experience as well. The staff seemed friendly at first but when I asked for my PD (which I have always gotten at previous eye appts elsewhere) I got surprising attitude. When I asked the doc, his response was "Why don't you look at our glasses? We have a nice selection." Uhm, not what I asked. Then I pressed again for him to measure and he said "They will have to measure you out front." I asked why none of the machines gave the PD. He did not answer me for a bit. I kept asking. Finally he said the PD he gets from the machines is not accurate for eyeglasses. (That makes NO sense.) So I go out to pay and say the doctor said you could measure my PD for me. She hemmed and hawed and looked really uncomfortable. I literally quoted the doctor and she said "I don't do that." Then I asked why the doctor would say that and she said he took the PD. I said no and she read the chart and wrote a number on a sticky and gave it me and said this is it. I told her the doc said that number was inaccurate and she said that is all she has. What a mess. I am visiting my mom and went on her recommendation. Incredibly unprofessional, rude and I sure didn't get what I paid for. AVOID! (BTW, found my last PD taken at a good and thorough doc and the PD she wrote down was waaaay off.)

The doctor and his helpful staff have been most patient and worked with me to provide the services I desired.
