Staff are extremely knowledgeable, and are very kind and patient with customers, and in particular with those clients who are newbies to getting prescription eyeware. They take their time, explain, and re-explain and demonstrate, to make sure that the client understands everything concerning their specific needs, and is happy with their final result. They also do their best, to find the best pricing combination to meet the client's needs, and not just try to sell the 'hot' items. They are also extremely flexible for making changes after the purchase, if requested. I have been extremely happy with my encounters there with staff, and in particular with Jocelyn.

One of the most horrible customer experiences I have ever had in my life! We bought a pair of glasses more than a year ago and returned right away. Company was supposed to return the insurance portion to the insurance company and we found out after a year. After a few calls to the store they accepted that they never refunded the insurance portion. They asked us to wait for a phone call so they can refund it. After a month we called again and the lady (Farnoush) said "it was your fault for not following up" well, we did when we found out. They lady told us in a very aggressive manner if we want our money then come to the store! She then said to contact the CEO to complain! Really really bad, really bad! Costco charges half of what they charge and they actually are respectful and they don't withhold your money until you forget.

It was my first time in the store, after getting my eye exam done, the sales representative helped me throughout my experience. I kinda knew what frame I was going for, the rep explained what was new between lens technology through a smooth transaction and just wanted to say a Fantastic job for the helpful support, you placed a big smile on my face today. Yvonne was a very friendly, helpful expert. What would make her and her team’s life easier and more efficient would be if the tablets and POS systems worked consistently. After one interaction, she’d have to switch tablets because it had to be restarted. Yvonne would apology for the delay but it’s not her fault. Get the systems to work more smoothly and her customer interactions would run smoother. Overall, I’d say go to Yvonne for you’re eyewear needs, she’s great!

The manager was helpful but one of the technician on-site was not that great when I returned in January. Sometimes it is a bit headache to find the right frame, but without someone whom could patiently explain the difference might turns the shopping experience into nightmare. I have been shopping with LensCrafters, and I do not recommend this location.
