The doctor is very nice and helpful and that's why I give 2 stars. The assistants speak bad English and one of them is very rude while taking photos only because my chair bumps to her chair. Keep in mind I have to shift my positions following their instructions and the room is super crowded. Anyway the manager called the next day. He asked me what happened and apologized for my bad experience. For that I add one more star.

I loved how they treated me here and the fact that they explained everything, not just sold it. Even picking glasses was fun.

My 87 year old father with mobility issues was treated with incredible respect and dignity. The staff and Dr.ng are beautiful people and I fully recommend Burnaby Vision Care for all your eye care needs.

Nice place, super friendly and helpful staff. Getting my exam done and help with choosing frames was a great experience. I came back twice shortly after for some minor adjustments (nothing that was their fault) and everything was equally as good. Highly recommended.

I've felt very lucky having Burnaby Vision Care in my neighborhood. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Wong is awesome!
