The most horrible place ever! DO NOT GO THERE! You will absolutely regret it. The people in the front desk like to take their sweet time to do things. I went in there to follow up with the doctor and i gave one of the ladies my insurance card and asked her to check my eligibility for glasses and then i get back my card within minutes and then after seeing the doctor, i go up to the front to ask to see if they called the insurance company! Guess what? The woman never called. Why should i have to wait this long? The last time I finished seeing the doctor, you see 3 people having lunch together telling me to wait 5 minutes to finish. Fine i waited. 15 minutes later he decides to assist me. Why should i have to wait this long? First of all why is everyone at the front desk having their lunch while there is a patient waiting to be helped? THAT IS STRICTLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Clearly they don't give a damn about the patients needs there so why the hell should they work there!? Thats the last time I'll ever be going there!

Had my parents and my eyes examined. They changed the prescription for all 3 of us. All 3 of us are still not able to wear the new glasses. Bad or wrong diagnosis of lens. They check for lens in a small room that many times few people come and go so sloppiness and inaccuracy likely to happen. The doctor said I didn't need to check my eye pressure or the optic nerve although all doctors check it in my previous visit elsewhere. The staff argued that I needed to pay a copay even though my vision plan allows me for one free visit. When I tried to explain she made feel as if I don't know what I'm talking about. All in all it was a waste of money and time and now I'm planning to go to see my regular eye doctor in the city.
