Dr. Waldron is a wonderful optometrist. He is very thorough and cares about his patients and finds the best solutions to eye matters.

Dr. Waldron really has a "total office" service experience. Everyone there has a primary goal of customer service in mind. Great frame selection, readily available appointments, little to no waiting. I am so happy here! My kids and mother are patients here as well. By the way, though, why does your address say "Kiln Creek Shopping Center" on Google Plus?

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Waldron, he is a great doctor. My son and I went in for our annual exams yesterday. My son was brought back first giving me time to fill out the paperwork, which I thought was nice. The assistant that called him back had red hair and politely asked if she could bring my son back for the first part and then we would see the doctor together. My son said she was nice and he felt comfortable with her. Once I finished the paperwork the other assistant called me back. I thought she was going to do my exam but she just opened the door to where my son was and the assistant with him said she thought I was going to be worked up by the black assistant so we could see the doctor together. This clearly pissed off the black assistant because she rolled her eyes. She closed the door to the exam room loud enough to shake the building. I could barely understand what she was saying because none of her words came out clearly. I thought she would have came off nicer if she had a genuine smile and took time to speak instead of rushing through her sentences. This woman acted like she didn't want to do my exam let alone be in that office. I think Dr. Waldron would be making a wise business decision by letting that one go. All the other employees seemed very nice and happy to help. I'm glad my son had a good time with the other assistant.

Thorough, professional, all staff members were great at their job and friendly. First visit and liked it - saw Dr Buck. Spent time pricing frames and lenses - good selection, prices seemed reasonable but need to look more before I buy. No pressure. Been going to optometrists around the USA for several decades now, and this is a modern, excellent business. Took my Tricare insurance plan and zero copay or issues.

I will say I enjoyed my first visit to this office. Almost all the staff was friendly and the care from the doctor was great. I really felt like I mattered and wasn't just a number. However, during my time spent in the office I noticed a few things that I feel should be pointed out. First of all, the young lady at the front desk with the shorter hair seemed very agitated. I witnessed her puff out air and put her hands on her face a few times. This seems unprofessional to me. Secondly, the nurse or the assistant that brought me back for my exam, the African american woman, seemed as if she had an attitude the entire time. She slammed the exam room door closed and when she was talking to me I could hardly understand her questions because she was not speaking clearly. Highly unprofessional! Also when one of her coworkers knocked on the door to get some kind of tool out of the room she gave her a nasty attitude as well and she even said, "the people I work with" and let out a sigh and shook her head. I'm sorry but I do not want to work with those two again. If you come here for an eye exam make sure to stay away from the short haired girl up front!
