What started out like a promising place turned into a nightmare. They have a great facility, latest technology and super clean. Staff is nice but disorganized. Every time I come in they have to ask each other because they lose my stuff. Just went in and they can't find my glasses so now I have to wait until someone else responds their text or comes in.

Very bad staff - rude behavior Did not honor their promise for a promotion they sent out. Their e-mail said: "Visit eyeXam now through April 30 for an eye exam, or to purchase glasses or contact lenses, and you'll receive a FREE lunch voucher to neighboring Specialty's Cafe.*" Pay attention to the words OR in above offer. After my eye exam when I asked for promotion card - the receptionist said it is eye exam AND purchase classes. They flipped the offer to deny a $10 gift right there. When I showed e-mail, they were not willing to look at the e-mail. Hopefully they can see the screen shot here and realize what they sent out. $10 gift card will not matter to me or you - I am just writing this to make you aware that offer terms will change when you go with right expectations. W.r.t. Doctor - he was very good. I arrived a bit early, but they accommodated my per-checks and saved me a lot of time. It is just this bad experience that drove me away and I will not return to this place. Poor doctors might suffer due to bad front desk staff. I explained whole situation to owner, they offered the card when it was too late. When you visit - please clarify all the charges for your treatment/visit.

I had a problem with the frame I bought in Eyexam, and the problem solved in best way. The doctors are professional, the eye test was good. It’s takes little bit more time than usual visit to optometrist, but final result is satisfies.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses with progressive lenses from EyeXam Optometry (having received a prescription for the glasses elsewhere). I was very impressed with the selection of frames and found several pairs that I liked. The staff (I was helped by Norma and JoAnn) were very helpful in selecting good looking frames, breaking down the costs for each aspect of the lenses and what insurance would or wouldn’t cover, and ordering the correct prescription. Buying glasses is definitely a situation where you can feel like you’re being swindled with add-ons and worthless upgrades, but I felt like the staff at EyeXam were upfront and honest. I received my glasses in about a week and I’m very happy with the purchase and experience of doing business with EyeXam Optometry.
