Excellant care and service. The frustrating part is after I got home and looked at the receipt and tried to figure out the details pertaining to each pair of glasses separately. Perhaps this can be done when I pick up my glasses in 7 days. Tku, Rita Bloomfield

The staff was professional and friendly . They took their time and made sure we were satisfied with our glasses. Tracy and everyone made the visit pleasant and comfortable. We are very glad we chose lens craters.

Top notch service! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. My appointment was on time. Cindy helped me pick out my frames and was honest and patient while I tried on 900 pairs of glasses lol. We chatted while I made my choice and she explained what my insurance will cover and what my cost is. I really appreciated her help! Dr. Brown is awesome too! During my eye exam she really listened to my concerns and helped me find a contact lense that will work for my lifestyle. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Wow. What else can I say what a great place everyone was nice and very friendly. The door was very fast and efficient explained everything nicely and was very confident. The exam was over in a heartbeat and she knew exactly what I needed the first time. Excellent. Then Wendy was very helpful choosing frames, incredibly polite, and was knowledgeable about the products.
