I went to OptimEyes a couple of weeks ago for an eye exam. My plan was not to get glasses because my lenses are so usually so expensive. However, Robert Moody worked with me and was able to get me such a great price that I could not refuse. Robert also spent 2 hours with me (literally – and at the end of the day) helping me find a frame that best complimented my face.
Robert was so amazing! He was very patient and never made me feel bad for taking so much time picking a frame. I have never, ever received such great customer service when it comes to choosing glasses. He really had knowledge about the frames and what would look best on my face. We payed attention to the look of the frame, the bridge of my nose, the overall fit, and etc.
I can go on and on about what a wonderful experience this was. When I picked up the glasses, they were perfect, and I absolutely loved them! The last time I was at OptimEyes, I got a pair of glasses that I was not happy with, and I hardly wore them. This experience turned everything around for me, and I am so grateful for Robert’s assistance.
