I loved them! Needed a new prescription due to my contacts being old and they were so friendly! The front desk staff Sarah and Liz were so kind and even helped me pick new frames! The doctors took their time with me and helped fix a problem I had with the new prescription! Made sure to get everything right with the contacts so I could see! Will definitely recommend to anyone that’s searching for an eye care provider!

I have astigmatism in one of my eyes and I wear contacts. The place I went to before measured my eye and ordered the correct axis the first try so I can see clearly. This place just guesses which axis it might be. It’s been over a month and a good 5 appointments now and I had to tell them to call the place I used to go to, so they can order me the correct axis and stop wasting my time.

Ordered glasses, when they came in I couldnt see out of them because they had a film on them that was put on by accident which was fine. So they sent them back out and when I got them a second time, the one eye was blurry. I asked to see my prescription and they ordered the wrong prescription that I was supposed to have. I asked to get it redone AGAIN and they told me I would have to get another eye exam. Weeks later I get a call saying they canceled my exam and were just going to refund me. They got called out for their mistake and didnt like it. Never going back there again.
