Absolutely my favourite Vision Works. It has been my go to place for a little over 3 years now. I break alot of my eye wear. Debbie was so nice and very knowledgeable. She greeted me with a smile and told me everything was going to be okay. She ordered me a new set of frames and lenses and made sure I was a Priority. This is one of the many reasons the Vision Works on Delaware is my go to spot for glasses and for my prescription RayBans. Witch I will be back for another pair when I come back from vacation in 10 days. Thank you again for all of your help Debbie

I was very pleased with the selection, and the staff was very friendly & helpful. I ended up getting 3 pairs of glasses, of which I’ve thus far received two(had to have my daughter stop to grab them in passing when they were ready because of work). Both pairs I have so far are designer frames(which I Love btw)but I’ve not yet worn because neither pair came with a cleaning cloth. From past experiences, you get one with each pair, and with designer frames, it’s always been a cloth of the brand name...so receiving none has been a little disappointing. I plan to address this when I grab the 3rd pair. Other than this minor complaint, I would recommend this location. Staff was wonderful.

It was my first time entering that store and I'm very pleased to say that the employees are very nice. They go ahead and behind, I'm excited to get my new pair of glasses.

I went specifically for a contacts exam. 1. I had to ask for the exam equipment be cleaned, as you could see the dirt/makeup/oil from previous patients was still there. 2. Dr. was extremely rude and condescending. 3.I was told I would need to reschedule my contacts exam because he didn't have time to do a full work up, he "wanted to go home". The older woman working the front desk was very kind and you could tell the doctor yelled at her frequently. honestly, I really hope he is removed from the office and this woman is given a raise as you could tell she was passionate about her job and pleasing him.

absolutely terrible service. had an appointment, came in early to fill out paperwork and get all that out of the way, didnt get called for the first series of tests for 15 minutes after my appointment time, then sat there for another hour waiting for the optician while he took care of a couple walk-ins before me. when i told them i just needed my RX and wasnt buying glasses from them they started acting shifty and neglected to inform me that i wont receive the ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY pupillary distance measurements if i dont give them a boatload of cash for their overpriced trash glasses. 1 optician, 3 old ladies and some fat old dude just sitting around and standing around putting glasses up. dont bother making an appointment if youre stupid enough to use these hacks, as they will just let anybody who walks on in pass you right by. "friendly" dosent mean a damn thing when the entire staff is nothing but glasses salesmen who dont even understand how to input insurance information properly. edit: disregard their "response". as you can see they just say that to everyone, yet everyone complains about the piss poor service except a few obvious shill reviews from their employees.
