My wife and I have been going to this eye care center for 35 years. I have always received superb care there. The new staff that have recently joined Dr Freed are extremely friendly, helpful and timely. The selection of frames is great as well.

My family had difficulties with Grafton Eye Care standing behind their work. My prescription was not correct and need to get new lenses in less than a year of having them. My husband had his glasses adjusted and their heat machine ruined the lenses but the clinic said it was not their fault and was going to charge him almost 500$ for new lenses. Absolutely, ridiculous how many excuses they have used. Wish they could have had better customer service. We have taken our business elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience. My glasses broke and went for assistance and they told me to go to the hardware and buy super glue. While their they said I should get new glsses and in a state of panic I choose frames and they took my check of $760.00. Upon getting home I was able to fix my glasses my self and tried to cancel my order with twohours of being at the clinic. They refused and I stopped my check, but they then proceeded to charge me $500,00 for new lens. They are the least helpful people around and their service in my case was horid. I would never recommend them. However, Dr Freed is very good it is terrible that the rest of the clinic is terrible.
