Great experience at this trendy glasses shop from Australia. They have loads of different frame designs, and easy to understand tiers of pricing. Their optical eye test was also very professional, using state of the art equipment and one of the most comprehensive eye tests I've done. You should book ahead of time though instead of just turning up. The glasses are trendy, and the pricing seems reasonable - not the cheapest, but also not super expensive. Service was also very friendly and helpful, and I will definitely be back!

Wonderful customer service here as well as gorgeous frames. After a couple weeks with my new frames, I wasn't sure that they suited me, and they processed an exchange for me with no problems. They also gave me heaps of time and help with choosing.

About a year ago for my birthday,, my boyfriend got me a Bailey Nelson gift card for a couple pair of glasses. I find purchasing glasses (especially online!) a bit of a daunting experience; but with Bailey Nelson, the process was so easy. You can try it on in-store. Take some photos. Go home. Ask your friends and family for their opinion. Debate it. And then purchase it easily online in the comfort of your pj's! The aesthetic of the store is also uber cool and super chic, without being intimidating. But it's the people who work at Bailey Nelson that are the bomb. Being super silly, I only bought one pair of Bailey Nelson glasses with my gift card and then decided to hold onto the rest of my credit. Time passed. More time passed. And idiot me waited too long. My gift card ended up expiring before I used up the full balance (they expire within 12 months, FYI). But lo and behold! The amazing people of Bailey Nelson did lots of helpful investigation, confirmed what my remaining credit was and decided to honour my outstanding balance by setting up a new account for me. Most retailers would have just said "too bad, so sad," but Bailey Nelson isn't like most retailers. They are efficient, and helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their customers and the consumer journey. I would recommend everyone and anyone who is optically challenged to try Bailey Nelson. Super cool frames. Super cool customer service.
