Me and my friends went into the Covent garden shop for a browse and I ended up buying a really nice pair of sunnies. Didn't feel pressured in buying anything, it was just a really nice service and atmosphere in there. The gentleman was helpful and fitted the glasses for me so they don't fall of my face. He even offered it to my friend who needed her personal glasses fitted. Great experience! Thanks

Brand new store and all the glasses looked amazing. So many options it was difficult to chose between them but with Gimmys help I was able to pick the pair that suited me best. I've received a lot of compliments on them well done Ollie Quinn.

Poor customer service which is a shame as the frames looked nice. It was at the Spitalfields store and we were pretty much the only customers there, so it’s not as if it was busy. I wanted to buy glasses for my bf as a Christmas gift and the two staff members there could not be bothered at all. Ended up going to another brand nearby and was very pleased with both the product and experience as glasses are quite a hard thing to choose so really if they want to sell then they need to engage with customers.

First time purchasing glasses from Ollie Quinn and I wasn't disappointed. Service was first class. Lara in particular was personable and practical when I went for my glasses fitting. Will definitely head back. Importantly the specs are great too!

Raphel is one awesome dude, and he's the manager. There's also an amazing Italian girl who is really helpful. Altogether great people, great store.
