Great communication, Glasses came within a week or less, and customer service were there every step of the way to tell me what was going on. You can order it to be delivered straight to your home so there’s no fuss. And the glass are a great quality for the price. Would definitely get my glasses from here now on.

Hats off (specs off maybe?) to the OQ Crew. They have always, always taken trouble and time to be helpful and friendly. Staff are relaxed and low key but focused and efficient. I love my glasses but have been in several times since getting them for adjustments and fixes. It's always been a pleasure and I leave 100% satisfied. Thanks guys - you have won yourself a very loyal customer.

I've bought a couple pairs of glasses from here now - always really great quality and style, and definitely the best prices around. When I snapped my frame they even replaced the frame free of charge under warranty! So nice to have a company actually dealing with customers like humans.
