I went to Boots optician jubilee place 26/3/2019 at 19.00 and the consultant at the till a Chinese guy was hiding himself behind the shelves to do not serve me. I waited half an hour standing. None helped. The other consultant serving clients did not care at all, even he saw me standing did not asked the Chinese to come over. I believe he should be fired for that beheviar. Hiding to do not serve a client.he was just doing on purpose and I surprised him after half a hour behind the shelves, another time as well the same consultant, one hour he took him to screw the glasses without, any result. he is useless

Walked in with a lens not in the frame and a missing screw. Very helpful staff with a screw to fit. Thank you!

Slow service and giving advice not catered to my needs, rather pure hard sell.
