Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. They really care and make sure you get the best outcome!

My wife and I both switched here (and have stayed) after poor experiences with the big chains. We've found the service here to be uniformly excellent. The optician is very knowledgeable, reassuring and extremely thorough. Strongly recommended.

We have had nice experiences here. Good job on my glasses, test and lenses. Also done good job with my 6 year old daughter and the follow up. Good independent local optician.

Very unhappy after 4 years of loyal custom i had an eye test and purchased a Tom Ford frame and lenses, £289 after a couple day the frames started creaking i went back and was TOLD that they all creak at first until they wear in. I explained i was not happy with the creaking so they ordered a replacement after 3 weeks i got the new ones and they too started creaking after 5 days when i went back they tried to quick fix the creak by heating them and telling me to take them off very slowly by holding the arms it worked for about 2 days then mega creaking again i have given up asking them to help as they do not and now i just live with creaking glasses. Thank you David Hillel opticians for my fist bad experience SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPEC SAVERS...............................................

Excellent contact lens sight test and tutorial. Ive never used contact lenses before and Nancy, who showed me how to put them in and take them out was very patient and encouraging and gave me lots of useful hints.
