The staff made for a really great experience buying glasses! Everyone was really friendly, super helpful, and made great suggestions for frames. The store also had a great selection and the glasses are super affordable. The turnaround time was also very quick, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely go back next time I need glasses!

Very personal, friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy at all, they don't get in your face like most places that I frequent. The optometrist was amazing, very professional and friendly. Nina, Dennis and Vivian have helped me on numerous occasions. Dennis tightened up my old glasses, and Nina recognized me on my second visit which was awesome. The glasses came much quicker than I expected. Definitely will recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I just picked up two pairs of glasses that I ordered and I’m very impressed with the quality considering the affordable prices. I would also like to point out the exceptional service at this location. The girls, Vivian and Nina, were extremely friendly, helpful and gave me great feedback during the entire process. They were both a delight to talk to and I would definitely come back to this location to purchase more frames. Keep up the great work guys!

Great prices and wonderful staff. Nina and Vivianne were very helpful. If you ever visit Yonge location ask for these two ladies. I recommend this location over others.

Great first experience as a customer! The staff were incredibly helpful and I found a great pair of glasses for a great price. I will absolutely be recommending OQ and be coming back for another pair :) Follow-up: shoutout to NINA for being an absolute delight. She was quick, helpful and an absolute delight.
