Love this store. I had the pleasure of meeting with Oliver again, he is always very pleasant and knowledgable. He helped me pick out frames and put a rush on my order because my frames are broken. Oliver also temporarily fixed my old frames till my new ones are ready. Thank you Oliver....your awesome 😄

There is so many frames to choose from and at a very good price! The ladies working there were friendly. Dr Neema is also very professional. He took the time to answer any concerns I had about the health of my eyes. Highly recommend.

I was just in the store looking for sunglasses as I need a pair asap. I arrive about 10 minutes before closing and the staff didn't even bother trying to help me. FIVE minutes before closing one of the staff said out loud "it's five, I get to go home now" right after that comment the other staff member asked me to leave as they were closed. It was still 5 min to 5pm. They could have made a speedy sale, but preferred to be out the door by 5pm. Terrible staff service New Look!
