Mark is amazing. His customer service ethics are second to none. I always leave feeling like a friend, rather than a customer. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The best in town, bar none.

I am very impressed with the service Mark provides. The prices for high quality frames are very competative. I bought an expensive Silhouette frame from Mark and I was very delighted to find out that one of the cheapest online stores sells the exactly same frame for $40 more. Also, if your frame has been rejected by Costco, come to Mark, he will do a much better package only for $23 more. Costco charges $137 for lenses for non-Costco frames, Mark charges $160, which is a pretty good deal. Also, the selection of high quality frames is very impressive. Some stores in Toronto don't have as much as he does.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and professional. You won't find a better optician anywhere. His after sales service is second to none.

I have been dealing with Nelms for years. On one occasion I lost my glasses and Mark made me a pair of loaners from my old prescription until i got an updated eye test. Despite the fact that my brother in law is an optician I would never deal with anyone else than Mark. I tell everyone I know about his excellent service and would strongly recommend him to anyone in the market for new glasses.

My entire family and I have been going here for years. We always get excellent service. Marc takes his time to ensure glasses fit properly and you find exactly what you are looking for. I would highly recommend Nelms to anyone looking to get new glasses or sunglasses!
