I had an eye exam with Dr. Jaffer - she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed the time I spent in their office right from when I walked in the door up until I left. Highly recommend going to see them for your next eye exam!

Update. July/2018. Eye exam & new frames. Having issues getting used to the lenses this year. Ray Ban frames for a change. After one adjustment to the frame and four weeks my eyes are still straining to the point of discharge. Billed for a secondary eye check and after dishing out 900 dollars, not what I was expecting. Why should I pay...without first being told...to find out if my prescription is correct? PS: My eyes are just fine as long as I don't wear these glasses. Lovely. Small store frame wise. Their King Street location offers more styles.

Not happy with the service here. I bought a pair of prescription Maui Jim sunglasses which were ruined because of salt water. Who would have ever known that salt water ruins the lenses. They didn't let me know this happens when I purchased them and when I returned with glasses they basically shrugged their shoulders and said they can't do anything. They did not even offer a discount on my next pair of glasses. I will not return.
