I do not recommend this doctor at all. I was a patient there for over 28 years, referred so many family and friends over those years and took my $1000 (way overpriced) glasses in to get adjusted. The technician at the glasses area damaged my lenses when doing the adjustment and I was no longer able to wear them as the shatter was right in my view line. I addressed the situation with the tech who then called Dr Kaplan over and he insisted that the damage was already there. Completely untrue and false. He did absolutely nothing to assist in the matter and actually gave me some attitude as well. So disappointing considering my history there. I will not be going back. He doesn’t believe in good customer service.

If I could I would give them 0 rating! Customer service is horrible. Especially 2 of them spanish and korean one are the worst. They don't know how to talk to their customers properly. Beware and ask every time before they offer any service. They are liars. They have screwed up my papers twice, which cost me to pay double. They should be ashamed of themselves.

So impressed with my visit to The Eye Care Clinic tonight! I popped in right at closing time as the staff was packed up, coats on & ready to head home. But to my delight & appreciation, they greeted me warmly, took the time to show me my new glasses & processed my contact lens order like they would have during business hours. That’s great customer appreciation & just one of the reasons I’ve been a patient here for almost 20 years.
