I am thankful to have encounter such a great optical store. The staff are professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. I was due for an eye examination and was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. I am extremely happy with the custom lenses and frames for my glasses. Alla and Lina have done a phenomenal job of helping me. If you are reading my review, I strongly recommend coming to this optical store. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience and service! The ladies really know their stuff in terms of which glasses suit your face- I appreciate the blunt honesty when they say "those don't suit you". When it comes to glasses its so important to make the right call! I've gotten two pairs from here and love them completely. The optometrist is also great and very kind! Highly recommend.

Anytime there was a problem they worked hard to rectify it. I am pleased with my contacts and happy with the services I received.

I have been going to Novus Optical for almost 20 years. My eyes are very difficult to fit for contact lenses -- so far, not one single optometrist has been able to get it right. Nellie at Novus Optical takes the time to measure the curvature of the eye, and selects the appropriate type based on her many years of experience. I will never go anywhere else.
