This place is incredibly unprofessional. The optometrist canceled my appointment twice within 40 minutes of the appointment time. This was also in the late afternoon and they waited until after 2pm to tell me. I had taken the day off work to see her and really needed to see her. I waited weeks twice… just to have it canceled within the hour. The staff were completely rude and made me feel like I caused this somehow. I implore anyone considering this place to keep looking as I am not the only negative review here…

Great service from the team who got me my new glasses. However got a misdiagnosis from the optometrist which cost me unnecessary expenses and half a day of my time. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future for my regular eye exam.

Super super friendly and helpful staff — bought glasses online that were slipping off my face and needed the arms to be heated and adjusted, they did it for free and were so kind as to even offer me a coffee as I waited! Will go back next time I’m in need of a new pair :)

Ali & Hussein were entirely professional. They took their time and help me get the best pair of sun glasses I have ever purchased. They were respectful to my father as well and helped him get a great pair of glasses too. I’ve never had a better shopping experience due to the quality of the Gucci Glasses I purchased and the excellent customer service. 10/10 5 stars.

Update: I called them today for them to send me my prescription for my new optometrist to analyse. Like always, horrible service from the start, had to talk to 3 people and I still have not reveived anything. They told me a maximum of 5 minutes. All of these reiews are fake. These people do not know what good or even decent service is. Horrible service, we called two months ago for contact lenses. The person in charge who does not even try to speak English advised us that he will call us back. Now, they tell me that for me to get a new pair, i will have to get an appointment since my prescription is already expired. However, it was not expired when we first called two months ago. From my first visit, I noticed how money hungry they are and how poor their customer service is. I declined the new appointment and will go somewhere else.
