Dr RINGENBACH is knowledgable and thorough. The prices are reasonable. The practice makes me feel like my business is important and I have always been treated fairly. The receptionists have always been friendly and welcoming. With confidence, I have and will continue to recommend Dr R.

The doctor was just fine so it's unfortunate that his office staff is going to drive away customers. The billing is inaccurate and then trying to explain it is absurd - you can't get the biller on the phone but she'll pass on inaccurate information. And to add: The biller just called and confirmed she can't provide anything from insurance because she never actually billed them for the item in question. Eileen is rude and inaccurate. She is going to cost the doctor a lot of customers.

I share others' negative experiences with office staff. I had decided to change until I read that VA had new staff. I called for a repair and the receptionist said "Vision Associates, how my I help you?" At first, I thought I had the wrong number because in the past the call would be answered by "VizzAsts." Nor was the previous receptionist courteous or helpful. I got the repair and was very impressed by the experience. I've always liked the doc, so the good news is I won't have to take my business elsewhere.

The doctor told me my eyes improved and gave me a new script. I thought it was weird that he didn't want to schedule a follow up to make sure my new contact prescription was right but I figured he's the doctor and bought $360 worth of contacts. I eventually ran out of my old contacts and started wearing the new ones - the prescription is way off. I feel like my eyes can't focus, can barely read my computer screen (reading and screens have never been a problem before), and have to wear glasses all the time so I don't have a headache. When I called to see about swapping out my unopened contacts for a correct prescription, the doctor said I waited too long and that I should try re-wetting drops. I decided to ignore the bad reviews and take a chance on this doctor, I am so disappointed. I ended up wasting all my insurance benefits and way too much money on contacts I can't wear.

The staff are excellent at Vision Associates. They have always provided great service and advice on buying and repairing glasses. They never charge for quick repairs or warranted repairs. Their eye doctor was thorough and very capable too. Very happy with them.
