I have been a customer here for years and I have been buying different services but today I am very disappointed. I am actually writing this review as i am still here. My entire pedicure time I was made to feel bad and not welcomed. What surprised me the most is that the experience came from the same girl that i have been doing all my services with. This is the last time I spend my money here. You just lost a very loyal customer.

Called and asked if they had gel nails, the kind that is glued on, turns out they only have gel nail polish. I Drove 40 minutes just to get there only to have the same receptionist sell me something I specifically said I didn't want over the phone.

Decided to call in to book a spa day for my wife's birthday, but apparently the other person at the end of line thought my questions about manicures and pedicures were "annoyingly obvious" and that my wife should have booked the appointment herself. Well 'obviously' i'm not booking with you if that's how I'm going to be spoken to.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would definitely be back and recommend to everyone who’s looking for spa services.
