Over all great service, my haircut was good and I am happy. Edit .. someone got back to me an explain why the system keep changing the price, was able to book the service I need for this week. Super misleading ! You pick a time and price to only double it when confirming the booking. Plus it only shows you the price after you created an account. Don’t put a price if you don’t offer that service. I used to go to the Eveline Charles in the south and it provided great services.

Once again Eveline Charles West End location did it AGAIN! Great service from the time I made my reservation to the time I stepped out of the facility looking at least 10 years younger and feeling great! The hairstylist Natasha delivered as always great and very personalize customer service, Natasha always makes mi feel like at home, she took her time with my hair cut , and my highlights. Natasha's recommendations are always sincere and always right. After 20+ years not even once I have been disappointed, so I thought it was about time to write a review.
