The best facial I’ve ever had. They take their time and they know what they are doing. Reasonable price is a plus! I ended up taking their facial course there(they have school inside). Now i opened my spa and doing pretty good! The teacher and staff are amazing. I learned so much from her and she is so patient. :) Everyone there is so friendly =)

I recommend this school for facials and nail courses. Teacher has lots of experience and she is so lovely. If you think about to be esthetician don’t miss this school.

I don't want to give them even one star. This place is THE WORST place i've ever gone to in my life! I have really doubtful mind of how they have been running their business like this? I mean they are swindler! They are literally trying to rip you off with worst service that you can't possibly get in your life. I went there to get their facial massage during their promotion. even though i had some places that i had been regulary going for the facial & body massage, but i wanted to give it a try as they are offering the promotion and are located pretty closer to my place than the one i used to go. So i got the facial massage but i couldn't really tell how it was because they just did in a short amount of time and i didn't really like their service (worst quality), it was kind of sloppy and fumble that you can tell that they are not professional just like their service to their customer which i didn't really mind because it's just "trial"(*which i even paid for it..so i don't lnow where the attitude is come from) But it was way worst quality of servie than i though it would be. Soon as i was finished getting massage they started to ask me how it was and explain me about their products and packages but i didn't get any slight of instant feeling of how good quality of their products that they are using and service are. Even though i said i want to think about it, but it seems they wouldn't let me go unless i buy their packages. so after a long time of dragging me, i ended up buying their package which charged me $250 for facial (5 times). Anyways.. The day right after, due to my allergic reaction to some of their products that they used on "trial" (i haven't use the package i perchased ) because my face started getting redish and feeling weird and ichy and also the fact that i don't like their service, i went back there in order to refund. but they said they WILL NOT refund, and instead of trying to solve the problems, they kept saying "we don't have to tell you about refund stuffs and our policy!" And "our owner said no refund no matter what your situation is" And now saying it's their "policy" for not giving my money back..which they DID NOT SAY ANTHING about and didn't even explain when they were crazy selling me their package! lol they don't let me talk to either their manager or owner. they keep saying that either i just use it or change to other package even though i said i had an allergic reaction. OR get the doctor's note that can prove how serious i am (Are you guys freaking serious right now?lol) then they MIGHT CONSIDER to EXCHANGE to other packages. Lol They are broke as heck so go fund for them! :-)
