Love the girls that work here. The lady who threads my eyebrows does them perfectly and neatly all the time. The lady who I get a full body wax from does waxing fast, properly and perfect! Everything is at a great price and affordable. Nothing but love for all the girls at silky touch, for sure my go-to place.

Such sweet ladies, and such amazing service! Not to mention the prices are incredible! Definitely making this my regular spot.

I went to have my eyebrows done here and my upper lib burned. Just realized when I got home have to see my doctor to get treatment for the scars that I still have now. The old lady was the one who waxed my upper lip, I phoned them about this when I noticed at home. Same old lady who answered my call and said she will call me back but never call me. Don’t go to this person. So regret to got my upper lip waxed with her. 👎

I cannot begin to explain how disastrous this experience was. 1. This place does not follow sanitary city regulations: (gloves are not used, equipment is unsterile, place is unclean and it is questionable that they wash their hands regularly) 2. The workers are unprofessional and have no sense of privacy/boundaries (for example, employee was present during removal of clothes) 3. Severe tear/burn to skin was endured due to poor waxing procedure which was significantly below average 4. When I asked to receive a refund, I was interrogated, asked for proof of sustained injuries and only part of the refund was returned 5. This establishment does not take responsibility for lack of training, customer service, and most importantly: customer safety I do not recommend this place unless you enjoy the pain and suffering that was described above.
