The most unprofessional hair dresser HELENE GAUTHIER SWAR. I called and booked an appointment telling her exactly what I was looking to have done, the length of my hair and colour. Everything was set, I came for my appointment Thursday at 6:00 pm and ended up leaving after 12:00 am . She does not own a salon hair dryer so the time spend there was added to my total ( even if it's because she doesn't have fan and I would be out a lot sooner if she did). When it came to cutting she put it all in one hand and literally cut twice, did not trim my bangs just the back one cut! She then dried my roots(so I wouldn't get sick) and send me home with wet hair. I got this deal through Groupon, because I don't know how this works I paid in advance (150 on top of the Groupon price) . It was late and I was tired after work so I went home with wet uncut unstyled hair ( unlike promised in the Groupon deal ). I came home dried my hair and it was a horror story! My hair was uneven colours in patches of different orange/light brown/blonde/silver patches. It looked like I got a box of die from the store while drunk, coloured my hair and slept on it, total mess. I cried myself to sleep that night, nightmare. I called her the next day and left a voicemail regarding my hair. She offered for me to come in and get it redone which I did not except (if someone messed up your hair so bad would you go back?i don't think so) unfortunately she is the only hair dresser there so no one else would be fixing it. I left a message asking for refund or to pay another hair dresser to fix the mess. No one is answering or returning my messages. I have even asked for a manager to give me a call, no response. I am going to stop in and see if there is a supervisor I can speak with. I will have another hairdresser fix this and record the damages so I can fight this and make sure everyone knows what thy are getting into before going in. Just because it's though Groupon doesn't mean it's worth it, I would pay triple to reverse the damage and stress this has put on me. There is a reason she is on Groupon, it is not to build client list ( because no one is coming back) I had heard other stories regarding this hair dresser, and I would like people to know what a mess you will be getting into if you Book with HELENE. I am going to report her because I strongly believe people like this should not have licence.
