HORRIBLE! This lady was one of the rudest people I've ever met. I did not even let her touch me, I walked out. It first started with her rude tone when she called me at 10:07 to ask where I was for my 10 appointment. I know I was late, and I actually had her number up and ready to call and ask for directions, as I'm walking up and down the street in downtown since 9:55 trying to find her door! It was a very hard place to find. She called and asked where I was, I told her I was lost, she then told me she couldn't help me if she didn't know where I was. She asked " front or back of building?" I told her I wasn't sure, I walked inside somewhere where I seen her business name, but still did not see her door. It wasn't until right after I said that I seen her business door, outside on the balcony! Like she couldn't have told me that and directed me? I hung up when I walked in, she then asked for the waver form that she said I had to have filled out before making an appointment. I was able to make an appointment, so I was confused on how I was even allowed to do that without filling out the form first. She told me to sit down and fill it out on my phone and let her know when I was finished, in a very rude tone. As I was filling it out, I tried explaining to her, as nicely as I could at this point when I'm already ticked off for how she talked to me on the phone, that I was getting ready to call her any second to ask for directions, but her phone is only set up to leave voicemails, and i did not feel like leaving a voicemail when I knew I was close to her business or right outside, and especially because they were doing construction right outside, everything was loud, when she called me I could barley even hear myself talking. She then said, in a very rude attitude tone, "Well I did not get any voicemails, so." then walked away. I have NEVER been treated this way, ever.. Once I finished the form i let her know I was done, she said "Okay" then walked into the other room. I thought that meant to follow her. She then shut the door right in my FACE, told me to go take a seat because she needed to review the form, without even looking at me. Like she was disgusted in me for being 8 minutes late because I couldn't find her weird setup building. I then took a deep breath, because I did not want to freak out, she said to me from the other room, "Is there a problem?" I said, "Yes, you could have been nicer to me from the start of the phone call, I have never been talked to so rude, even when I asked for directions and you said you couldn't help me because you didn't know where I was, because I didn't know where I was either, I'm not from this area. I don't even feel like having this done anymore." She said "I agree, this isn't going to work out anymore, have a nice day." I said "yup you too" and I walked out. I couldn't handle it anymore. And I understand i was a little late, because I myself am a Dental hygienist for a dental office, I have my own patients on a daily basis also. I understand a late patient means you run behind, but i would NEVER treat anyone like sh** when they call to ask for directions or are 5-10 minutes late, (which happens a lot), ESPECIALLY if its their first time coming. I even gave myself extra time because I didn't know where I was going, I was 5 minutes early. It would be a lot more helpful, if she could just answer her phone. That's why new patients, or clients, should always be given extra time, 15-20 minutes, in case of questions, new patient/client forms, getting to know your patient/client on a personal level! Or, an incident like today. When my patients walk in the door, I still treat them like I would anyone else, who cares if i run a little behind now? Its part of the business. This woman, in my opinion, should NOT be an owner of a business, if she does not know how to handle an incident like this one, or in general, know how to speak to people. Her attitude was just horrible, and I am not usually the person to speak up and say something, I am quite shy, but today she just drove me over the edge.
