Great place honest company in the west end

Been trying to like this place for years as it is right around the corner but tired of feeling like the woman doing my pedicure hates me. She barely acknowledges me, doesn't say hi or make even an attempt at a smile...while with other customers she is chatty and engaged. I'd probably keep putting up with not having my heels particularly scrubbed if I wasn't treated rudely on top of it.

For the price of a manicure it is really worth it to come here. I have been coming here since I moved to Ottawa and never left unhappy. Great little spot

I got a manicure and pedicure from 2 different Asian girls. Same girl who always gives me fake French nails - excellent considering how badly damaged my nails and fingers are from constant biting, picking and clipping. I have to use nail biter after to make them last anytime. Pedicure pretty good too. Never done the same way twice. I have to find/make the time to maintain! Pay cash to avoid paying tax.

I think this place is great, Kathleen and Joanne always make me feel at home, I live all the way in Orleans but still love coming here. :) Happy New Years
