I have been going to Traci, the owner of The Looking Glass, for over 5 years. The environment is always relaxing, professional, and clean. I feel relaxed and pampered every time and look forward to my next service. Highly Recommended!!

I must say, this is all because of Traci, as she consistently provides such exceptional service! As well, I must mention, the end result, to any of the esthetic services offered are completed to perfection:) I would very strongly recommend Traci, Owner of The Looking Glass! Whether you want to get pampered or get answers to questions regarding skin care, Traci is your girl! Her knowledge of the Dermalogica line is top notch. You will be educated on all you need to know for getting your skin looking and feeling amazing! She is the best!

Was not pleased with this experience The lady I was with was so rude and treated me like I was stupid I was trying to ask about different products to use and she replied with "well how am I supposed to know? It would be the exact same if I asked you which item was better" Excuse me? Pretty sure that's your job and you supposed to be certified in that department Will not be going back and WILL NOT recommend such incompetence
