Great customer service, fantastic selection, and a owner who truly cares for his customers. Spexx is the best place you can buy your next pair of glasses. I really enjoyed the “no pushy sales pitch” that I received. I was given time to make up my mind without feeling pressured to buy. Don;'t listen to "Jay May" - he seems like a sore loser. Given Sanjay and staff a chance and make up your own mind. You can thank me later :)

We have been going to Spexx in Millwoods for at least 10 yrs. We have received great glasses and terrific customer service every single time. Great selection, great prices, no pressure sales, and Sanjay is so very helpful. He stays up on trends and lets you get your picks and has some additional suggestions. Trust his opinion. Not only does he have a great eye but is an all around good guy. And, he validates your parking, so don't let that turn you off when you see the parking meters!! If you want a great eye glass shopping experience, go there. I highly recommend this store.

Spexx in Edmonton is the worst place to go to get glasses anywhere the owner is a crook and a cheat I took my 6 year old daughter there to get her glasses they cost me $350 on my benefits we got the glasses 2 weeks later and I put them on my child she went to school the next day and they fell off her face from a distance of 1 1/2 feet hit the sand and the arm snapped off where the screws hold the arm to the frame the owner told me that she snapped It Off by bending the arm all the way to the side and said this was not warrantied so I had to Super Glue them together as I didn't have the funds to buy new ones a week later she accidentally bump them off her nightstand from a distance of 2 ft and the other arm broke off in the exact same spot these frames were Vogue later on in the month I took her to my optometrist and got her new glasses with two-year full warranty no matter what happened to the glasses with 16 months full lens replacement due to scratching or prescription change I then had my optometrist check my daughter's glasses to see if they were right lo and behold they did not position her pupils correctly in the center of the lenses and therefore it was causing her vision to blur. So Not only would they not warranty my daughter's glasses after one day of use but they also did an incorrect job and getting her pupils centered correctly on the lenses the owner was rude and disrespectful by telling me my daughter snap them off when she was so excited to have her new glasses as well the sales Area Rep was there and he said this was not a warranty issue so between the area sales rep and the owner I was screwed by specs cheap prices means cheap quality and no commitment to their warranty that month I spent $350 of my benefits and $350 of my own cash never again will I ever go there.

Sanjay and staff at Spexx are by far the best customer experience I’ve had. Not only did they work within my budget, Sanjay made sure I bought what I really wanted. I accidentally broke my glasses and it wasn’t covered under warranty by the manufacturer. Spexx offered me a new frame at no cost even though it wasn’t their fault that I broke my frames that weren’t under warranty anymore. I still paid a little amount.
