Received less than ideal service. Older woman had an attitude from moment I walked in and refused to help and just sat at desk. Luckily a woman assisted after she was done with her client.

Efficient service and was done in around 20 minutes from start to finish. Would go back there again for when I need new glasses.

Terrible customer service, was in the store yesterday, and no one even came to check up on me, they would only look at me and then look away, 15 minutes later, I finally asked someone about getting contact lenses and she curtly told me to go to the optometrist next door and walked away. Clearly from other reviews, I understood now that customer service is not their selling point here.

Once they recived my money the service got bad. When I picked up my glasses was told to sit and will be right with me. 45 minutes later had to ask if someone was coming. Then they brought me my glasses got me to try them on, they need adjusting of course. Had to wait longer for someone else that could do this. 35 minutes later finally came. Was adjusted, did not clean them after just handed them to me and was still not adjusted right. Went to another eye place by Safeway and they adjusted properly and was shocked on how they bent the arms behind the ears. They never charged me anything for this. I did the survey that was sent to my email asked at the end if I wanted to be contacted I said yes. Have not heard anything since 2 months now. I would say don't go here not worth the stress. I went here to try to save money. I will never go back again.

I had a pretty positive experience here yesterday. Shumail and Vanessa were so helpful and kind even though I was obviously under the weather. I still think it’s kind of expensive though.
