I was so disappointed with the customer service from these guys. I went into to get the arm on my glasses fixed and they told me that they would no be liable if they broke it more. When I asked how long it would take for them to take a look they said they only have one optician on Saturday morning and couldn't give me a time estimate. As soon as I said I would be willing to pay for the extended warranty they listened up and finally did something. I will not be going back.

Terrible customer service, terrible quality of work. I bought sunglasses and glasses from this store. They “adjusted” my sunglasses and told me that’s the best they will ever be because my prescription is too strong for the frames I bought. My prescription is not strong at all, and the sunglasses ended up visibly crooked on face. They also destroyed the lenses on my brand new glasses adjusting them. They replaced the lenses, but refused to adjust the glasses because they didn’t fit me and I shouldn’t have chosen those frames. When I inquired about exchanging the glasses they completely ignored me and told me they didn’t carry glasses that would be suitable for me. I actually exchanged the glasses at another Lenscrafters store, and the new ones were exactly the same size, they just hadn’t been mangled being adjusted. When I reached out to discuss this with lenscrafters customer service they referred me to to speak with the same person who treated me as a nuisance while I was in store. Save yourself the headache and don’t support Lenscrafters.

Mitra is a eyeglass fitting wizard. I had gone to 2 different places on 3 separate occasions to get them to get my glasses to fit properly and Mitra was finally able to get them right. The other staff were friendly and helpful.

Very very disappointed with their customer service. I went to get new pairs of glasses last year. It cost me almost $1,000. They recommended trifocals, two weeks after, I came back as I can not use it for my whole day work on a computer, my eyes were strained, shoulder pain, and headache..too blurred..They Told me it will take time before my eyes get use to it.. after 2 months, still blurred. Iso, went back. Guess what another customer service told me, I should not be wearing trifocal on computer. I should be using bifocals. And suggested to get new PAIR. So, I have no choice but to get new pair. This time I only got pair of lense as I can not afford to get the frame after I paid almost 1,000 on the trifocals. After two months I came back for frame adjustment. they told me they are not responsible if the frame brakes during adjustment..I left without having it adjusted.very disappointed!! I would not comeback or recommend this store to anybody...I spent 1,300 for two glasses that I'm not happy At all!!!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION! It all started back on Nov 26th when I placed an order for new lenses, the lady told me they would be here within 2 weeks MAX. I told her I was going on Vacation, so I needed to make sure they would be here before Dec 18. She said that was no problem as it doesn't take longer than 2 weeks. 2 weeks had passed, so I reached out to the store to see what the ETA was for my lenses and the lady told me she would contact me with a date. No one contacted me, so I called again and the same thing happened. This repeated everyday until the day before I was leaving out of country. They finally showed up, but they couldn't even contact me to tell me, I had to contact them. So I went to the store to pick up my glasses with the new lenses - at the store they were fine, until I went home and I noticed that the lenses weren't inserted properly into my frames. I called as soon as I noticed and was told they would re-order them, once again the lady told me they would be here within 2 weeks so I would have them when I got back from my vacation. At this point it has now been 3 weeks since the lady told me she re-ordered them, so I contacted their store again to see when I would be receiving them. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ORDER THE NEW LENSES. I contacted their head office to leave a complaint, because this is totally unacceptable. It's not my job to make sure they place an order! A manager called me from their store saying they got my complaint, she said she would place the order herself. It is now March 26th and I received the call from the manager at the end of January and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ORDER. Please keep in mind that I am a 23 year old who is not one to complain, because I understand that things happen and not everything goes smoothly all the time. This is ridiculous and no one has even apologized for any of this! At this point, I've realized that I will never be receiving my lenses and there is nothing I can do, because I've already reached out a handful of times and it's not worth it anymore. The sad thing is i'm not even asking for anything in return, all I wanted was for my lenses to fit into my frames properly. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received, so thank you so much for wasting my time!
